La comunidad de Estudiantes de Doctorado Iberus Connect va a organizar el I Congreso de Estudiantes de Doctorado Iberus Connect.
El congreso se celebrará el día 28 de abril de 2023 en el Salón de Actos del CIFICE (Campus San Francisco) y constará de una sesión de pósteres, comunicaciones orales, talleres y mesa redonda.

El congreso comenzará a las 10:00 de la mañana con una Mesa Inaugural en la que participarán representantes de la Escuela de Doctorado.
Los asistentes pueden enviar contribuciones para presentar su investigación. Para ello primero deberán inscribirse en el evento y después enviar el abstract al correo embajadoct.uz@gmail.com usando la plantilla disponible en este enlace http://www.campusiberus.es/iberus-connect-info/. El abstract se podrá redactar en inglés o en español y la extensión máxima será de 1 carilla, respetando los márgenes, tamaño y tipo de letra de la plantilla.
El abstract debe ser enviado en formato word y como nombre del archivo Abstract_CEDIC_Name_Surname. El asunto del correo debe ser: Abstract_CEDIC_Name_Surname y en el cuerpo del correo se debe indicar si el abstract quiere ser considerado para presentación como póster o como comunicación oral.
Solo se podrá enviar un abstract por participante.
Aquellos participantes que soliciten comunicación oral y sus abstracts no sean aceptados para ser presentados como comunicación oral tendrán la opción de presentar su contribución como póster. La fecha límite para el envío de abstracts será el 14 de abril a las 23:59 y la aceptación se comunicará antes del domingo 16 de abril a las 23:59. Los pósteres deberán realizarse en formato vertical y tamaño A1.
El congreso se celebrará de forma presencial y se emitirán certificados de asistencia a todos los participantes y certificados de participación a quienes presenten charlas o pósteres. Tanto las charlas como los pósteres se podrán presentar en inglés o en español. La inscripción al congreso será gratuita, de modo que los gastos de impresión de los pósteres y las comidas correrán a cargo de los asistentes.

The Iberus Connect PhD Student Community is going to organize the I Iberus Connect Doctoral Student Conference.
The congress will be held on April 28, 2023 in the Salon de Actos of the CIFICE (San Francisco Campus) and will consist of a poster session, oral communications, workshops and round table.
All the information about the event is available at the following link 👉 https://eventos.unizar.es/97794/detail/congreso-de-estudiantes-de-doctorado-iberus-connect.html. The conference will start at 10:00 a.m. with an Inaugural Table in which representatives of the Doctoral School will participate.
Attendees can send contributions to present their research. To do so, they must first register for the event and then send the abstract to embajadoct.uz@gmail.com using the template available at this link http://www.campusiberus.es/iberus-connect-info/. The abstract may be written in English or Spanish and the maximum length will be 1 page, respecting the margins, size and font of the template.
The abstract should be sent in word format and the file name must be Abstract_CEDIC_Name_Surname. The subject of the mail should be: Abstract_CEDIC_Name_Surname and the body of the email should indicate whether the abstract is to be considered for presentation as a poster or as an oral communication.
Only one abstract per participant may be submitted.
Those participants who request oral communication and whose abstracts are not accepted for presentation as oral communication will have the option to present their contribution as a poster. The deadline for abstract submission will be April 14 at 23:59 and acceptance will be communicated by Sunday, April 16 at 23:59. Posters should be in vertical format and A1 size.
The congress will be held in person. Certificates of attendance will be issued to all participants and certificates of participation to those presenting talks or posters. Both talks and posters may be presented in English or Spanish. Registration to the congress will be free of charge, so the cost of printing posters and meals will be paid by the attendees.
